B-Mac can also carry out all repairs within 24 hours of receiving the machine -guaranteed!- and we can also provide any necessary technical advice. Of course it's often possible for customers to repair minor defects for themselves, for example those caused by improper use. B-Mac takes this into account when developing and constructing new machines.
